Product Description
1. The micro alloy steel products are developed on the basis of proprietary technology of the control
rolling and cooling for substituting quenched and tempered piston rods with a variety of mechanical
performance requirements.
2. Micro alloy steel rod mainly used in mechanical manufacturing for the directly turning part of shaft
and rod, ect. For instance, it is used for manufacturing injection molding machine draglink, engineering
machinery push rod and hydraulic prop with the feature that hardened and tempered steel machanical
property needless quenched and tempered process
3. The mechanical property is correspond to quenched and tempered piston rods or over them and
very uniform on the whole cross section.
4. Hardness is more uniform on the whole cross section than quenched and tempered piston rods.
5. Turning performance is commensurate to quenched and tempered piston rods or be superior to them.
6. Micro structure: Ferrite and pearlite with fine and uniform grain size.
7. The processing period is shortened, and the productivity is enhanced and the occupied capital is
reduced.
8. The processing cost is low, there is no need of quenched and tempered process and the second
turning but the mechanical property is correspond to quenched and tempered piston rod.
