In 2010, North Steel shipped 28 tons of hot galvanized square steel tubes to Vietnam.The client is a state-owned sports equipment processing factory in Vietnam. Their newly designed sports equipment requires hot-dip galvanized square steel tubes. After purchasing, it is necessary to apply colored paint and make it into finished products before exporting. This requires strict processing technology for the galvanized zinc layer, which must have a smooth and impurity free surface. Our team develops a production plan. Strictly control the chemical composition when purchasing raw material coils to facilitate better galvanized coating. Strictly control each processing step during galvanizing: degreasing → acid washing → water washing → plating assistance → drying → hot-dip galvanizing (450-480 ℃) → cooling → post-treatment (passivation/repair). After a month of negotiations, the two parties finally reached a cooperation.

After we signed a formal order, we prepared the export goods according to the customer’s order requirements and carried out waterproof packaging. After preparing the goods, we negotiate with the logistics company to determine the transportation details, etc., and track the movement of the goods at any time during the transportation process to confirm the safe delivery of the goods.
